QUALITY POLICY
The President of Multimodal Marine Inc. has approved this Quality Policy, which shall serve as a guide for the way our organization and all the people who make it up carry out and direct their activities, responsibilities and relationships, grounded in meeting the needs and requirements of our clients and users, committing to sound professional practice and providing products / services that fulfill their intended use, bearing in mind the importance of orienting ourselves toward understanding our stakeholders and preventing and responding quickly and effectively to any risk situation. In our purpose of being the leading company in “3PL Logistics Operations, Pickup, Shipment, Warehousing and Distribution of General Cargo,” we must understand quality as a fundamental strategy for achieving and sustaining that goal.
At Multimodal Marine Inc., we regard the continuous improvement of the quality of our products / services and the satisfaction of our clients and stakeholders as one of our core values, integrating dialogue and understanding with our stakeholders into our governance strategies, as well as incorporating their requirements and expectations into our objectives as a fundamental pillar of our mission, vision and values.
As part of the commitment and leadership of the President of Multimodal Marine Inc., the necessary resources, responsibilities and mechanisms have been put in place for the proper implementation, development and commitment to the ongoing continuous improvement of a QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, aligned with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
Our QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is designed and implemented through concrete actions defined in policies, procedures, controls and established measures, and is subject to periodic assessment and review. Its main commitments are:
- Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of every member of Multimodal Marine Inc., beginning with Management.
- Quality is achieved by planning, executing, reviewing and improving the Management System, always keeping in mind the context of the organization, both internal and external.
- Quality is oriented toward the Satisfaction of all our stakeholders through the commitment of the entire organization to meeting their needs and requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements and those specific to the products / services.
- The Quality of our products / services rests on the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in which preventing errors is a fundamental aspect, always pursuing the continuous improvement of our management system.
- Quality leads us to pay the utmost attention to technological developments and to the potential improvements that new technologies may make available to us.
- Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone; this Policy is therefore communicated to all personnel of Multimodal Marine Inc. for their awareness and understanding.
All of these points seek to be aligned with the principles of Industry 4.0. To achieve these commitments, we have designed and approved specific objectives that are measured and evaluated on a periodic basis.
