The President of Multimodal Marine Inc. has approved this Quality Policy, which shall serve as a guide for how our organization and all the people who are part of it carry out and manage all their activities, responsibilities, and relationships, based on satisfying the needs and requirements of our clients and users. We are committed to good professional practices and to providing products and services that meet their intended use, taking into account the importance of understanding our stakeholders, and preventing and responding quickly and effectively to any risk situation. In our purpose of being the company with the best “3PL Logistics Operation, Collection, Shipping, Storage, and Distribution of General Cargo,” we must understand quality as a fundamental strategy for achieving and sustaining this goal.

At Multimodal Marine Inc., we consider continuous improvement of the quality of our products and services, as well as the satisfaction of our clients and stakeholders, to be one of our core values. We integrate dialogue and understanding with our stakeholders into our governance strategies, as well as the inclusion of their requirements and expectations into our objectives as a fundamental pillar of our mission, vision, and values.

As part of the commitment and leadership of the President of Multimodal Marine Inc., the necessary resources, responsibilities, and mechanisms have been allocated for the proper implementation, development, and commitment to a continuous improvement process within a QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, aligned with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.

Our QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is designed and implemented through concrete actions defined in policies, procedures, controls, and specific measures. It is subject to periodic evaluations and reviews and has as its main commitments:

  • Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of all members of Multimodal Marine Inc., starting with Management.
  • Quality is achieved by planning, executing, reviewing, and improving the Management System, always keeping in mind the organizational context, both internal and external.
  • Quality is oriented toward the satisfaction of all our stakeholders through the organization’s commitment to meeting their needs and requirements, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements and those specific to our products and services.
  • The quality of our products and services relies on the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in which error prevention is a fundamental aspect, always striving for continuous improvement of our management system.
  • Quality drives us to pay maximum attention to technological evolution and to possible improvements that new technologies may provide.
  • Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone; therefore, this Policy is communicated to all Multimodal Marine Inc. personnel for their knowledge and understanding.

All these points aim to align with the principles of Industry 4.0. To achieve these commitments, we have designed and approved specific objectives that are measured and evaluated periodically.
